Taylor Nixon-O'Brien | Physiotherapist
Taylor Nixon-O’Brien is a physiotherapist at Saltfleet Clinic with a strong interest in sports injuries, exercise rehabilitation and helping people return safely and confidently to the activities they enjoy.
Her focus is not only on reducing pain, but also on identifying the factors contributing to an injury and building the strength, mobility and confidence needed for a successful return to sport, exercise and everyday activity.
Treatment is personalised to your needs and may include hands-on physiotherapy, targeted strengthening and mobility exercises, progressive rehabilitation and education. Taylor believes that understanding an injury is an important part of recovery and works closely with clients so they understand what is happening, what they can safely do, and how they can progress towards their goals.
With Taylor you can expect a supportive and practical approach with clear rehabilitation goals, progressive exercise and a focus on building long-term physical capacity.
Outside of work Taylor is passionate about all things exercise, running, gym, footy and swimming and also spends her spare time reading.
