Nutrition and Dietetics @ Saltfleet Clinic
Our accredited practising dietitian in Port Noarlunga provides practical, evidence-based nutrition support to help you improve your health, energy and long-term wellbeing through sustainable dietary change.

We help clients manage a wide range of concerns including weight management, diabetes (type 1 and type 2), insulin resistance, high cholesterol, gut health issues (IBS, bloating, food intolerances), fatty liver, heart health, PCOS, menopause-related weight changes, sports nutrition and general healthy eating guidance.

Our dietitian takes a personalised, non-restrictive approach to nutrition - no fad diets or short-term fixes. Instead, we work with you to build long-term habits that support digestion, metabolic health, energy levels and overall wellbeing.

We proudly support clients from Christies Beach, Seaford, Noarlunga Centre, Morphett Vale, Reynella, Aldinga Hallett Cove, McLaren Vale, Moana and more.
An Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) is the gold standard in Australia in nutrition and diet who has undergone clinical training at university to provide a scientific basis to your diet and nutrition. An APD understands how your body works and will work with you to implement a diet and nutrition strategy to improve your quality of life and meet your goals.

We accept referrals from your GP under the EPC program. Private appointments are also available.
