How does it work?

Infrared sauna produces light waves to produce heat. All light waves sit on a spectrum, depending on their wave-length, with visible light sitting roughly in the middle. Infrared light sits outside of the visible spectrum, so it can’t be seen, but it can be felt as heat. Infrared light waves can be further divided into far (FIR), mid (MIR) or near (NIR) infrared waves – each providing their own different health benefits, being absorbed by our bodies at different depths. How is it different from a normal sauna?
