Alice Farmer | Physiotherapist
 

Alice Farmer is a physiotherapist with a research honours degree focused on non-specific low back pain. Alice also holds qualifications in neuromuscular dry needling (Level I and II).

Alice is passionate about helping clients return to the activities they love and to feel their best. She uses a combined approach to treatment, incorporating hands-on techniques, strengthening exercises, and tailored education guided by your preferences and goals to get the most out of your treatments.

Alice also has a keen interest in chronic conditions and persistent pain management, with a commitment to helping clients regain confidence to return to the activities they enjoy. She aims to support active lifestyles for everyone, whether managing a short-term injury or long-term condition.

Outside of work, Alice is passionate about all things outdoors, spending her free time rock climbing, hiking, cycling, and camping.
