Mattea Palombo | Dietitian

Commencing in February 2020, Mattea Palombo is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) nutritionist, health coach, sports dietitian and Master of Public Health.


She has been an APD for five years working in both hospital and community settings. In 2018 she completed her Masters in Public Health.


In her role as a dietitian she brings care, love, knowledge, dedication, enthusiasm and passion in order to help the community be as healthy as they can be. She believes in eating healthy, sustainable, local and environmentally friendly food that nourishes her body. She's passionate about sharing this belief with people from all walks of life and helping each person to achieve their individual nutrition and lifestyle goals.


She has an interest in weight loss, diabetes, high cholesterol, malnutrition in the elderly and FODMAPS.


In her spare time she loves to keep fit by going to the gym, cycling, running and learning to swim. She goes on multiday hiking trips and partakes in triathlons around South Australia.
