
Ashlee Raymond | Psychologist
Ashlee Raymond is a dedicated and empathic Registered Psychologist. She is passionate about connecting with people and helping them work towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.
Ashlee has a strong holistic view of mental wellbeing, and she draws on a broad range of evidence-based approaches to suit each individual’s needs. She is experienced working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety and panic disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma and specific phobias. She has a wealth of knowledge about acquired brain injury, and is interested in supporting individuals and their loved ones who are adjusting to life with a brain injury. She is also practiced in teaching emotional regulation, communication, assertiveness, stress management and relationship skills.
Ashlee has studied overseas at Maastricht University, The Netherlands - a world leading institution in the study of positive psychology and associated therapies, such as mindfulness and self-compassion.
Ashlee enjoys exploring Adelaide’s food scene as well as cooking scrumptious food at home. She loves spending time with her dogs, especially at the beach on a sunny day.
