Alec Solomons is a podiatrist with a deep interest in Sports Medicine fuelled by his first hand experience with the physical demands of elite-level sports.

 

Having competed in football at both professional and international levels, Alec has encountered and overcome his own injury setbacks. His primary areas of focus and expertise are the foot and ankle.

Through his personal injury experiences, Alec has gained insight into the unique recovery paths each injury entails. This has fueled his passion for exercise rehabilitation. He takes great satisfaction in assisting both patients and athletes as they navigate their individual journeys toward full recovery.
