We will personalise a program for you designed to improve your overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. We utilise the world-leading Allegro 2 Reformer and accessories. The Allegro 2 is the most intuitive and easy-to-use Reformer on the market and will enable you to implement a personalised, low impact exercise program.
